The apartment, called Tronto because the valley below overlooks the river which goes by the same name and represents a natural border between the Abruzzo and Marche regions, has front and back access from both the Mediterranean garden of the historic garden.
On the ground floor are a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining table. The first floor has a large master bedroom and a bathroom clad in travertine marble with a bath and a shower. The suite features cream and light green-coloured upholstery and painted wooden furniture.
The apartment comes with satellite television, a mini-bar, telephone and wi-fi.
